Internet addiction is a very real and alarming issue. VRRS theory states that people are addicted to internet because of multiple layers of reward system and instant gratification, which is hard-wiring our behavioral health with lack of patience, empathy, and borderline personality disorder.
We really need to question our habits in a world where we say the ‘real’ physical world is a rehabilitation centre, to cure addiction to digital world.
