We take care of our body with utmost care, but we are even hesitant to speak up when it comes to mental health. It’s just as important to condition your mind, as it is to condition your body.
Mental health issues, including depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD, panic disorder etc. are serious and even life-threatening, yet it’s a stigma to be associated to any mental disorder, let alone seek help for it.
